Our Company

Our Mission

Our mission is to bridge rehabilitation and fitness by delivering high-quality, rehab-driven training and wellness coaching that supports continued recovery, functional strength for activities of daily living, and long-term independence. Through personalized, evidence-based care provided in-home or virtually, we help adults perform at their highest level and maintain health across the lifespan.

Our Method

ADL wellness is not a traditional therapy clinic and it is not a traditional personal training service. Our coaching method combines functional strength training with rehab-informed principles to build resilience for real life. Whether you’re lifting groceries, a weekend warrior with active hobbies, or keeping up with your (grand)kids— this approach has you covered.

  • Every client is trained in movements that translate directly to your daily life, work, and hobbies.

  • Every program is built on principles from occupational/hand therapy and injury prevention.

  • Research-backed rehab forward methods that deliver results you can measure and feel.

Who We Serve

We work with adults who want medically credible guidance and a safe, structured approach to staying active.

Many of our clients:

  • Have completed physical therapy but want continued progress

  • Feel intimidated by traditional gyms or personal training

  • Want to prevent injuries and protect their joints

  • Are navigating midlife or retirement and want to age well

  • Experience chronic pain or recurring flare-ups

  • Want to maintain independence and confidence in daily life

Mobile and virtual services available.
Proudly serving Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and anywhere you are.

Our Trainer

Personally

I was born and raised in Massachusetts (Go New England!).  I was an all-season athlete into college.  I spent several years in California working for Sharp Memorial Hospital before moving to Arizona for graduate school where I specialized in upper extremity rehabilitation.  I enjoy playing basketball, softball, kickball, soccer, flag football, and trail running.  Since moving to the desert, I have become an avid hiker and you can catch me at the lake paddle-boarding with my family most weekends.  I have a cute cavapoo puppy who also loves to play basketball as well as three cats that keep me busy.  I am also a plant mom of 25+.  In my free time I enjoy traveling, going to the gym, and learning America's new favorite sport...pickleball :)

Professionally

I’m an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, and Wellness Coach.  I combine the knowledge and experience from inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with personal training and nutrition education to provide comprehensive and holistic coaching.  Through rehab-informed and evidence-based strength training, mobility work, and practical habit coaching, I help adults stay active, independent, and pain-free— so they can keep doing what matters most in everyday life.
